What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, your country, the course you are interested in and the language of the page. When you email us we receive the information you include in your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it
Our website host stores form submissions on our behalf, and our email provider handles our messages. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails, by writing to admin@veridexacademy.com. If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
International transfers
VeridEx is based in the United States, and your data may be processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our service providers.
